Aspect Mortgages
Mortgage Advisor
We pride ourselves on our service standards, and our business is built on recommendations. We are a highly skilled and experienced team and can advise on all types of mortgages.
We are obsessed with ensuring that we offer the highest service levels. We are a committed team who will be with you for the long term – we not only deal with mortgage lenders to get the right deal for you, but we will liaise with Estate Agents, Solicitors and Surveyors to make the whole process as smooth as possible.
When your case has been completed, we are still available for as much advice and support as you need, and we will monitor your mortgage so that when your deal comes to an end, you know the options and rates that are available to you.
With nearly 100 years of experience between us, we have the expertise to ensure that your client’s case runs as smoothly as possible. We have specialist knowledge of the market and can help with everything from your first purchase to your hundredth investment property.
The mortgage market can be a minefield, and we do everything possible to guide you or your client through it. Whilst your client will have their own dedicated advisor, they will be supported by a team that will ensure there is always help available.
We work in a way that suits you or your client and can offer home visits, virtual, face-to-face, telephone advice or meet with us at our office or another professional’s office of your choosing (be it an accountant, solicitor or Financial Advisor, for example).
We deal with first-time buyers, home moves and remortgages, lifetime mortgages, mortgage-related protection, landlord mortgages, mortgages for the self-employed and company directors, as well as providing a review and rate-switch service for all new and existing clients.
Aspect Mortgages Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is entered on the Financial Services Register (http://www.fca.org.uk/register [fca.org.uk]) under reference: 305352.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up with repayments on your mortgage.
